You have a multitude of options to get here. But let me suggest the easiest and most straight forward. Fly to Cebu using what ever air line you chose. There are flights between Cebu and from Siargo Island on Tuesday and Saturday. You can go to www.flyseair.com to book your flights. Do not schedule your return trip out of Cebu on Tuesday or Saturday, because rain can cancell your flight back to Cebu. Give yourself at least a day or two to get off of Siargao Island and back to Cebu. If your flight is cancelled or you would rather not fly your options are a 2 hour boat trip and a 45 minute flight to Cebu or the same 2 hour boat ride and then a 12 hour boat to Cebu.
