Accommodations on Siargao Island Fall into 2 Categories. There is one 5 star resort and the rates are $ 200 per night. Then there are many places that can best be described as basic and noisy and inexpensive although some charge as much as $ 30 per night. We are trying to create a 3^rd category, a nice, modern, not too expensive and quiet, place to stay. The property is a large 3 bedroom house on 2 ½ acres - 1 Hectare. You can see it in the pictures above. It faces right out to Siargao Islands world famous Could Nine Surf Break, and is one of the best locations on Siargao.

The house has three air conditioned bedrooms that can be rented individually for $ 35 per night, or the whole house is $ 90. There is one kitchen that is available for all guests to use. Each room has a small refrigerator and a private bathroom. It is a two story house and each floor has a huge porch. The porches have more floor space than the rooms.

Prices are for Vacation Rental. They do not include any services. There are several places to eat within a 2 minutes walk, or you can have a private cook. You can also order laundry service, maid service, etc. And, we have connections for tours, lessons, equipment rental, etc.
